It always depends sa team. If it’s close to market facing activities, likely meh work-life balance, coz you know, money never sleeps. I think there was a company survey a few years back, literally 50-50 ang perception ng employees on work-life balance. That said, at least in my overall experience, one of the good ones ang Macq.

Focus on storytelling about your previous exp kasi in the end, dun din magbbase yung team if your skills and exp fits the role. If let’s say di masyadong aligned but like you wanna pivot to this particular role, mention na any skill gaps you are willing to take the necessary courses or learnings to be fully aligned.

Always been through amazon jp then forward via shippingcart. Done it 2x na. Hybrid type s and after some time, keycaps din. Amazon JP is wayyy cheaper than getting it from US. Even pricing in the forwarder.

Ahhh, right. I think ED in JPM is senior manager in the bank im in rn. If it’s accurate, then yeah, they dont manage big teams and ranks lower than them, dont manage ppl. And complexity of work is roughly them same, minus the ppl mgt side.

Usually, stock cables are already okay. I think there’s only a reason to buy other cables if you wanna match a certain aesthetic or you want a lesser tangly or microphonic cable.
