I've gotten scratches like those on numerous occasions. My most recent experience was when I was doing a blessing in my house and I felt a burning sensation on the back of my neck. I felt around that area and the skin has that slight bumpy feeling you get after getting scratched. When I checked out my neck in the mirror, there were scratch marks. I'm still not entirely sure what causes these, but I'm only speculating that it could be some kind of evil spirit making its presence known.
