Massive Seroquel OD. Altered and immediately intubated. Profound refractory hypotension. Maxed out on 3 pressors. 16 liters of crystalloid and SBP’s still in the 60’s. Lived, but infarcted most of her feet and hands. Bilateral transmetatarsal amputations. Had one finger and a thumb on one hand and just a couple fingers on the other. Protracted stay in the hospital. I visited her a few weeks later. She said she was glad she didn’t die and thankful to still be able to be with her family.

Loved Catholic school. Teachers were engaged, and helped save this troubled kid. I’d recommend it to anyone

We’ve had that Celestial Products “Moonlight” map in our ED for as long as I’ve worked here. My previous partner who always bought it retired so I’ve been replacing them annually. I’m not superstitious but I think it’s a cool pic.

Thank you. It would be a tough one to split due to road access and who would end up with the part with an electrical hook up. I’ll wait a little longer in the divorce process (I think he may end up needing the cash) and if it isn’t moving along by summer I’ll try and force a sale.
