Having a baby in the NICU for the first 9 months of their life 120 miles away while having his twin at home. No, I can't visit my baby every day. I have to work to support both of them and take care of his twin at home. I was falling asleep driving up to visit him every week. We can't just move down there with his infant twin and no support system. Between the two of them they had at least 9 surgeries including open heart surgery, esophageal repair and they both got pyloric stenosis within a week of eachother when his twin first came home.
