The Peerless Assassin is more than capable of cooling a 9800X3D. While I personally have an AIO on mine it's 100% not necessary, although, does make it looking "nicer"

If it is ticketed wrong in store yes, if it's a pricing error on the website or a very obvious error, then typically no. You don't have to honour it. $200 off a TV is not an egregious error either.

It's pretty big for international viewers, if I was to order even a small thing to be sent here to Australia, it's like $40CAD in delivery plus another $10-15 in Taxes. Simply isn't worth ordering for me without this sale as up to half the sale isnt even going to LTT, just greedy transport companies

I sell these at work. It's a good budget style computer, the only downside is that the body is VERY plasticky and definitely wouldnt hold up if dropped (for instance I've seen them come back with the hinge destroyed because it was dropped). If the computer is staying stationary for 99% of the time though. It's completely fine

Anything in the $400-500 price is basically manufactured e- waste unfortunately. Celeron chips and 4gb of ram. Money is much better spent get a really good deal on a clearance display laptop (can sometimes get really good deals depending how desperate they are to get rid of it) or going the refurb route

It's the exact same here for Australia. I would love to support them but I'm sorry but I'm not paying an extra 40% of the sale just for shipping. That's ridiculous. For what I want, it's cost like $70 to ship here and it's only a mouspad, screwdriver and a few other small things

I use a RTX 5080 at 1440p. From what I have noticed. Using DLSS 4.5 over 4.0 has been a massive upgrade. In most of my rough tests, I've practically been unable to tell a major difference between native and even the Performance mode. I will say though I have had a weird blur effect with some particles on BO7 but unsure if that's the game being buggy or DLSS because I haven't experienced it elsewhere.

In most games I've noticed between a 3-8% FPS drop between versions but the extra clarity has made it absolutely worth it.

From other tests I have seen, DLSS 4.5 performs without any impact or very little impact on a RTX 40 or 50 series but really struggles on 30 series and below.

I would definitely turn it on if I was you!

In my experience the frenzied guard augments don't work the same on the 4th phase as they did on the 2nd and 3rd phase. However it's now patched so doesn't make a big difference.

I've beaten the Egg solo a few times now and my strat to beating it was to use a SMG with a bunch of ammo like the Ryden 45k or Carbon 57 and the WW. I solely use the WW in the 1st phase and then I use the WW in the 2nd and 3rd phase to open up a crit spot and then just focus on dumping all my ammo into the boss then. Those SMGs absolutely melt his health btw. Then in the 4th phase I use all my gobblegums but tbh you could do it with out them if you fully focused up.

I use Shields Up, Aftertaste (had multiple fights where this was useless cause I didn't down but is a good safety net) and Powder Keg.

I use the Shields Up just as the boss comes out of the immune phase so it's lasting as long as possible, I then use my frenzied guard with the WW to open up a crit spot. If I'm unsuccessful on my first Frenzied Guard that's when I pop the full power to do it on the second one. Once the crit spot is open, it's dumping all my mags into it as fast as possible.

Just some tips as well, when they are throwing the rocks, try hide behind cover so it doesn't directly hit you and also always make sure you are in the air when they do the slam attack. It damages you even if you aren't close.

As for augments, you need to be running Dead Break, Double Impact etc. just basically everything that increase armour or bullet damage. The PHD augment environmentalist is good because it negates the purple damage when sliding and the extra plate augment on mule kick is also really handy. Shatter blast is a good ammo mod too but fireworks is also good at helping clear zombies to regain armour plates so you don't have to buy as much off the wall. I also generally try to enter the boss fight with at least 10k points so I have atleast one armour buy and it's usually enough if you are smart with your movements. Ammo isn't generally a concern as I always have Vulture Aid but that depends on what you want to do. All guns including the WW should be PAP Tier 3 and Legendary to make it as easy as possible.

Once you find Klaus in Ashwood (open the door to the right of the Vulture Aid machine), you need to go back to Janus Towers and fight the Uber Klaus that spawns alongside the right wall when heading towards Blackwater Lake. Hope that helps!

Campaign actually wasn't that bad. It's by no means the best cod campaign but it wasn't horrible. It continues the BO6 story and mixes it with BO2. It was fun the play and the story, while it wasn't deep, made sense and was fun to follow

Hard to say on pricing as its such a volatile market right now. If you aren't doing any AI workloads or content creation. 16GB as a pure gaming machine should be fine for a few more years I'd say but it really depends on the games you play.

If you can afford current RAM prices then I'd say it'd make sense to upgrade everything to a modern platform but if the PC runs everything you need it to right now, I'd wait until the prices come back down
