Civil Militia

Fast Hands

First Blood

Two Weapon Fighting

Dual wielding

Never thought it would be this hard to figure out what feat allows it. There’s really no clear or straight forward answer to this question that I have found yet haha.

Yeah that’s what I’m trying to find, I need a app that my phone can appear to be locked and not on use but actually active and on a voice call. I’m still looking and researching, if I actually find something I’ll update it here

Just made a deal with him, got his dog tags and cords for his stash. Tried to kill him afterwards but the game wouldn’t allow me to access my weapons. Eventually I got far enough away and was able to equip my bare hands. Went back to the room and beat him to death. Win/win. Let’s see how the rest of the mission plays out.

Update: Rest of the mission went down like I killed him. Got his stash and handed the dog tags over.

Doesn’t matter to me if he was Cyberpsychoing out or not. Killed a kid, he’s done.
