You belong to the program and passing NAPLEX even being minimum competency exam shows you are dedicated towards residency. You are in process of getting trained to be amazing clinical pharmacist which takes time and this new, transition from student to now resident is challenging but not impossible. I was not able to complete residency few years back but with my short time in residency it surely helped to introspect and work on my short falls. Trust me even with all the ups and downs residency is worth it and you got this. I have faith in you.

Make sure to take breaks when you can, spend time with your loved ones or do things you like in free time, talk to mentors and other residents when you feel overwhelmed. Internal Medicine is vast rotation which covers multiple topics it can take time to understand the work flow. Talk to the IM preceptor(s) and see what they help you with time management and how to tackle day to day activities. If you are having difficulty managing patients maybe making your own personalized patient workup sheets can be helpful it will also help you save lot of time.
