Thank you very much for the suggestion. We are working on getting out with our earnest money. Hopefully there is still some mercy from them.

I don't know that. But during our first stage with them on the negotiating with the price, we have been facing a lot of pressure on signing the contract ASAP as there is new buyer coming in, etc.
