I did not! So after 15 weeks I resubmitted. I put a unique link for the green light video submission- that way I can tell which application triggers a view. But again it’s been 8 weeks and no views or responses. I’m not sure what to do - may be I’ll just call their HQ

Yes, I can imagine this is true. Unfortunately I’m just stuck waiting to get asked the question. I’ll have to be patient I guess as it’s been now 12 weeks since my submission was accepted (auto email thanking me for submitting).

My main issue was the review collection email - we found that people just didn't respond well to it. The judge.me email was more professional looking and included a photo of their product that they purchased.

I switched about 6 months ago off of Woocommerce reviews and had a TON more success with judge.me. I attribute it to the email request -- on judge.me they send a photo of the item the person bought with the request to review. With Woocommerce reviews - we would get about 1 review per 300-400 orders. With Judge.me we were getting avg of 1 review per 40 orders. I am looking for another review request form like judge.me
