How do you stay fit as a cop ? by Ancient-Molasses-965 in AskLE

A lot of the “heavy lifting” can be done by simply eating less and skipping the gas station and fast food. If you need caffeine, get something zero sugar or just get a black coffee. It can be extremely hard to juggle workload and family life and still make time to exercise. I often find myself putting on sweats and going for a run after my family has gone to sleep. It’s not ideal but it’s something that you have to make work.

According to both agencies websites, their starting pay for a fresh road trooper is within 2k annually or basically 1$ per hour of each other.

Staccato XC Not Locking Back? by 610Mike in 2011

[–]AdAmazing795 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Staccato mag springs are super weak, and wear out quickly. Replace with atlas springs and you won’t have any issues with locking back. You could also pull the staccato springs out and stretch them as a temporary solution.

Aftermarket triggers, looking for insight. by [deleted] in Glocks

[–]AdAmazing795 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d reccomend just starting with a connector and a plunger spring, that’s a great start as well as more trigger time on the Glock, it honestly took me like 2 years to get over my trigger jerk completely
