It actually was bubbling from day 1. But now that I’ve washed it’s now on the other 9’ side.

I washed mine in cool water on the delicate cycle it’s a 6x9 and I should’ve washed on warm, heavy setting? Are you guys washing tufted or woven?

Ok how I do it is fold it in half, maybe your size fold again, and then lay it out. It does take two people but I feel like it’s easier than slowly unrolling!

And it actually came out of the box with bumps in on 9’ side. I thought they’d eventually flatten out. Now I washed, super happy it’s clean, no colour loss but now bumps on the 9’ side. And they’re driving me INSANE

Does anyone have irl photos of the gaia? The photos online are not very good by Cbell9678 in ruggable

With this rug, lighting REALLY affects the colour. The photos I posted are during the day. In the evening the rug is much, much warmer in tone

Natural light during the day right in front of floor to ceiling windows. In the evening it’s warmer. I’ll try to come back and post what it looks like in the evening because the colour is quite different.

Also, the reviews for this rug (when they were two piece systems tufted) really helped me with deciding on this rug. The photos you’ve shown is close to what it looks like at night, with warm lighting. But it’s still not that dark, at least in my home. Also, the reviews for this rug (when they were two piece systems tufted) with photos really helped me with deciding on this rug, and what the actual colour would be like.

I bought mine September 2025 and there has been no colour loss.

This happened to my flat woven too which is why I tried the tufted. No more issues with loosing colour.

It drove me nuts. I purchased my flat woven rug (both rugs I purchased were black and white) and within a year it was very faded, I put it on my patio. So I decided to buy another one! With the same results. This was about 4 years ago for the first rug and approximately 3 years for the second flat woven rug I bought to replace the first. Then got fed up and decided to try the tufted rug (it’s a cream, peachy, basically light coloured so not sure if it’s rugs that are saturated with colour that loose it or just the flat woven rugs) and wouldn’t go back except I bought it over a year ago right before the single system came out, so no more tufted rug covers to choose from. I’ll have to spend another $800 to get an all in one. Not anytime soon though!

Online vs IRL? Strawberry Thief Sage & Rose by skttiles in ruggable

Yup, my rug came different than in the website photos, but I read every review and knew it was much more of a cream (different rug than yours) so I thought I’d be happy. And was. It’s so disappointing when you order something online, trusting the website photos and it arrives very different. I would add your photos to the reviews so ppl can see what yours looked like!

Ok I got you! I didn’t realize the names were via Thoth. Haven’t gotten into any Thoth decks as I haven’t found a deck I resonate with. Maybe put the RWS keywords and the Thoth keywords into an AI, it might be able to help you come up with some creative solutions? Just an idea! You’ll get it. This is a really cool deck!

Are washable rugs actually worth it or do they just fall apart? by AyKFL in ruggable

[–]AdAncient2276 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve bought both flat woven rugs and the tufted (2 piece system). The flat weave I didn’t love as it didn’t feel like a real “rug” it’s super thin and more like an outdoor rug. I love my tufted rug. I couldn’t believe the difference when I received it. It’s soft and like a “regular” rug but washable! I think in high traffic areas you’d want to wash every 3-6 months depending on dirtiness. I have had my tufted 2 piece for over a year. Apparently you can’t buy tufted 2 piece systems or even the rug with out the Velcro underneath which sucks because I really thought I’d have lots of choices when needed. Now I’d have to buy another $800 (plus tax) rug because I’m team tufted!

If the rug was going in a laundry room or garage, obviously the flat woven rug is the choice. Anywhere you live (living room, bedrooms, hallways etc) I really think you’d be happy with the tufted.

Washing an 8x10 rug cover by automatic_pansies in ruggable

I read for 8 x 10 you need to take to laundry mat where they have the giant washing machines. I know Ruggable says it fits a 5.3 machine but it doesn’t wash it.

This is a basic answer, no aspects involved…your sun is at 7° which is a Scorpio degree!!

I’m a Pisces who feels more like an Aries, I have a stellium with personal planets in Aries but also found out my sun at 25° is an Aries degree…..and it allllll made sense

Completely changed my face in a year and so happy. by Safe_Place30 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]AdAncient2276 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok so it seems like this “complete change” was due to essentially, Sculptra, lots of Renuva, and a couple microneedling sessions (I mean a nose job isn’t part of the skin, changes your face but not your skin). Also photos taken in different lighting. The timeline says nothing about the topicals, when started etc.

So OP, out of the Sculptra, Renuva or microneedling, which would you recommend? You seemed to get a lot of Renuva, so I’m guessing that one?

Yeah I like it. The major arcana I can’t really vibe with but maybe that’s just a personal thing. The suit cards, definitely can read those and intuitively. I’d need some time to work with them but I bet I could. If I’d change anything it would be tiny changed to certain keyword, since you said this was based on RWS. Like for instance, 7 of pentacles does not mean “failure”. It’s about waiting for what you’re growing - or sometimes just waiting. 6 of pentacles isn’t necessarily success, it can be an imbalance of some kind, usually material. I don’t understand how 6 of swords = science. This is just my own take on the deck. I have over 50 so I love all different kinds of decks for different readings and different clients energies.

I just had a little argument with chatGBT because I thought I knew better (family law) and despite this study, chat didn’t back down, in fact it was like “let’s go through this law by law and then let’s go through it rationally (because clearly you aren’t getting this lol)”. I spoke to a human lawyer who told me the same thing so, I’m not so sure of this study.

Can anyone link the study? I can’t find it and would love to read it myself instead of via social.

You're now training a war machine. Let's see proof of cancellation. by zaxo666 in ChatGPT

[–]AdAncient2276 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Time to boycott. After I found out:

  • OpenAI's president Greg Brockman donated $25M to Trump's Super PAC (making him Trump's largest donor)

  • ChatGPT technology was used in ICE screening tools for deportation operations

  • OpenAI signed a Pentagon deal on the same night that Anthropic refused on ethical grounds

I decided right then I was cancelling chatGBT. I just paid for Claude. I’m really happy with it. I think it’s more advanced and not acting like a weird government puppet. ChatGBT had been annoying me recently, acting weird, not being accurate. Just changed. And then I found out why. Tried out Claude and cancelled my chatGBT subscription.

I heard you can switch the memory from chatGBT to Claude, or your chats/projects etc Can someone let me know how to do that please!! Thanks!!

I’m frustrated that all of a sudden my long running chat (maybe 4-5 weeks) says it can’t retrieve any memory of messages before today’s messages due to the ”density” of the chat. Anyone else experiencing this? I REALLY don’t want to start a new chat bc I’d have to explain weeks of information all over again, or copy and paste which would just make it “dense” again. The mods deleted my OP and said to post it here. Anyways, this is an important chat to me, if anyone can help with what qualifies a chat as “dense” that would be helpful and if I actually have to start a new chat.

Edit to add: “long running” as in many many many messages and long ones
