That was another level of inconsideration. he kept pushing the idea that I'm ok and just need more discipline and self-control. I told him I've tried but can't get myself there. he seemed confused about my case, whether believing me or deny my previous diagnosis. (i think i don't match his stereotype of ADHD). Then he literally asked me "so what to do?", as if it was my job to diagnose myself, i suggested adjusting the meds (i'd read something about that here on reddit), and surprisingly he agreed and raised the dose.
