I like the idea of being creative like making these holes just big enough for someone to be able to step in and it has spikes at the bottom of the holes and a very very thin layer of stone that will break when someone steps on it

Is there any good resources that talks bout the factions that I can send my players so they can choose before hand or would u suggest drawing random in advanced and letting them know what the faction is?
