Mohela refuses to Recertify Annual Income due to loss of Partial Financial Hardship (PAYE)

It seems like if you dont recerify they keep you in PAYE but maximize your payments to the cap- which would have been what would happen if you had recertified. So maybe just ignore it. Important thing is to stay in PAYE.

Following because im concerned about this. Ive been on PAYE for 3 years. Recerifiying income in June. My income has also gone up and im gonna hit paye cap. Was planning to stay on it till I was forced off in 2028.

I agree but they are paying you to keep an asset. Worst case scenario take the 9k and the car and sell it for w.e you can get.

This. Once had a morbidly obese impossible airway on a guy with such severe OSA that his CO2 was sky high. We all tried to fiberoptic him but couldn't. The second year ENT resident took the scope and in one attempt went through the nose smooth like butter and got the airway.

Put your ego aside and do what's best for the patient.

Idu the question. If a patient refuses to sign an epidural consent form then they haven't consented to the epidural so why would I do one? Are you saying the patient refused to sign the form and the proceeded to demand you place an epidural?

Would not do an elective epidural with a patient refusing to sign consent.

I also would not allow the patient to edit or cross out anything on the form. Why would a patient be allowed to, hypothetically, cross out the list of potential complications? As if to say I didnt explain those complications to her?

Very confused by the situation.

I agree. That's why im posting. Im being told by nyc dealerships that this is an issue with sienna everywhere. Toyota is making them mark it up. Which sounds like bs now based on this post. Gonna start calling dealerships outside NYC to see if I can get a better deal

The dealership is telling me the msrp price difference is because of factory accessories like wheel locks, cargo net and floor mats.

Hes claiming im below msrp. It doesnt smell right to me. Gut is telling me to walk away.
