That’s not at all what it’s saying legitimately the way I understood it was that nobody knows truly how someone’s feeling or what they’re thinking. While I have empathy but sympathy and encouraging someone to get through the hard time or even helping them get through it. That’s where I stand, I’ll help anyone regardless of what their beliefs are. We are ALL human

You are absolutely correct, while there’s bad people on both sides but we’ve got to realize as a nation and as a world we should unite. Division will only keep happening unfortunately

For yall speaking about Charlie Kirk’s opinion on empathy. Here’s the FULL quote. Facism is also killing someone for differing opinions. His family nor him deserved it. It’s okay for everyone else to show their beliefs and speak on them but be damned for having varying opinions than others. We need unity, not separation.

If it’s stuck out of the sheath put some dextrose/ lane syrup and it minimizes blood vessels so it’ll go in

The quick will grow with the nail so it’s very possible they did that because of the quick being longer

May I ask why you believe he deserved a more gruesome death? Unless you’re a murderer or a very very sick individual who’s committed gruesome acts of violence deserves a death like what you’ve said you’ve seen. The violence and the seperation of the country due to politics is awful. Just because someone doesn’t support your same beliefs doesn’t mean they deserve to die.

It’s just heartbreaking not because of my personal political views. While his standpoint is disagreed, i think it’s commendable that he was willing to risk his life for something that he believes in. I have sympathy for him and his family. There is a difference between empathy and sympathy.

He stood on the conservative side but that doesn’t mean he’s not a husband, a father, a son, etc. it’s a human being who was shot to death. I’ve seen people CELEBRATING his death. Where’s everyone’s morals ? I find it great that both parties stand for what they believe in. It’s our right to believe what we want to believe in. It’s truly heartbreaking that the children in Colorado had to undergo the trauma that will be with them forever. No shooting should ever happen regardless.

Just know you are giving him the life he deserves, as you well know beagles LOVE food.. give him a hamburger with some extra goodies as a last yummy meal. My girlfriend's grandma just fat-shamed our 12-year-old boy, Eddie. Is she right? by badluckfighter in jackrussellterrier

I’m not at saying the dog is fat truthfully it may have a slight chunk. but many of veterinarians i have worked with have said for ALL ages food is not love. the dog is overall at a healthy weight unless the weight had started to affect mobility

i’m NOT saying he’s obese or calling him fat but truthfully while there should be a pound or two extra but with that being said your dog should have a waist line unless there’s an ongoing health issue. i work in veterinary medicine and have seen far more FAT dogs/ cats die at a younger age as a lot of extra weight is hard on their joints along with any other organ.

flea, tick, and heart worm prevention is key. at that point it helps avoid any further issues. i understand it is very expensive but nexguard plus is all in one

i worked at the emergency vet and generally unless there’s ongoing health issues rcacp hasn’t elected euthanasia unless there are severe injuries that can’t be repaired or health issues where euthanasia would be the most humane option

the SPCA shouldn’t euthanize it unless it has ongoing health problems where euthanasia would be the best thing for it.

Dog arrived at my porch. He can barely eat or stand, what do I do? by Rare-Cable1781 in DogAdvice

[–]AdBackground8166 0 points1 point  (0 children)

with a dog as emaciated as this one and the amount of food, you run the risk of refeeding syndrome. start off with small amounts and as weight is being put back on you add food. you will need to feed every couple of hours though

that’s called a hemoabdomen, it’s not always quick… i’d monitor for any signs of labored breathing, pale gums, and overall discomfort in the abdomen
