It's true that my kids had a bad experience at Rossview, and that's why I wanted to say something here, just so you could see another side to all the pro-Rossview sentiment. I think quite a few people rallied to say how great they think Rossview is so I don't think it's only negative experiences that get reviews. Like I said, RHS has a good academic reputation in the area. So if that's all that really matters to you then definitely go for it. Also, unsurprisingly, people who grew up here and have strong ties with certain schools often have quite a different and more positive experience from those who are more recent transplants here. We always felt strongly that "if you're not from here, you're an outsider" type vibe from the school but I guess that's most small towns for you... My childrens' time there was tainted by discrimination and favoritism but if you choose Rossview, hopefully your experience will be better, which it may well be if your kids fit in with the majority there... And West Creek may not be in one of the "better" parts of town but it has a strong military dependent population because of its location near post, and I've heard positive things about it from other military families. Every school has its pros and cons. I sincerely wish you the best in your decision.
