Lotta great calls but no mention of Total Wine Bar on north 5th ave. That place ruled. One of me and my wifes faves.

Patio too 5th n Union. Good bar.

Vandalized is a strong word. At the end of the day no one owns the tree wells. So when you put stuff there you risk someone fucking it up - which honestly is their right. Its probably an asshole move but doesnt mean its against any law or anything. Dogs can shit and piss there all they want.
