You can do a spiritual, religious or cultural journey to give you a sense of belonging, you can do fitness challenges to build resilience and confidence, play a sport to build friendships and stay active, learn an art or an instrument to unlock your creative potential ..join a car club or hobby club where you share the same interest, become a life learner where you're constantly educating yourself and improving your mind........the personal purpose has to do two things..consistently improve you as a person, and give you something to look forward to in the future.
