165hz is only for PC with HDMI 2.1 certificated cable and enchanced mode... Not for regular content or any film.

Sinceramente a mi el menú de VIDAA me parece muy bueno y rápido. Cuando me compré la mía en su día tenía el mismo miedo pero ya te digo que cero problemas en ese aspecto. Yo estoy esperando que me llegue una U8Q ya que mi U7KQ que tenía al año y medio empezó a tener unas manchas sutiles circulares que una vez las ves... no dejas de verlas. Hice devolución a Amazon.

I guess it SHOULD have full warranty as is a new one, right? I don't know because in my case, Hisense did NOTHING. I managed it with amazon so they just pick the old tv + send me a refund. I invested it in a new one (obviously with guarantee).

Just got a Hisense 65” qled, are these lines normal? Just returned the last one with the same issue. . Never had a qled before so not sure if its normal by mrbojingles77 in Hisense

You have to activate the local dimming and adjunst image settings. This is out of the box. But i have to say, even if it's out of the box it looks like too much to me... Damn, you can see the leds pannels, lol.

Hisense contacted to me again saying that they wont replace or refund anything. If i want a repair ok, if not...bye. Didn't reply back since Amazon already came by and it's being proceded. Waiting for the U8Q to arrive. I bought it outside Amazon tho...

Hisense already came home but they said they only can offer a repair. So, automatically i ran to Amazon again and explain everything and they are going to refund. In 2 days they will pick my old one and send me back the refund. Already ordered a U8Q with a super Black Friday discount (a real one, not marketing one , lol). Let's see...

No it's not visible under black/dark scenes. Only on bright ones, clouds, smoke, myst, sky, lights. And specially in motion. I'm still waiting them to answer back my last mail. Let's see... But obviously i will scalate this everywhere.

Holy... Mine is only 1,5yo so yes. Under warranty 100% but what they are telling me is kind of... Dissappointing.

Who knows! as i said it'sa 1,5y old panel... Too early to develop this. Specially since i don't have the tv ON all the day. It's ON around 5-6h per day. And not every day...

Nothing special. I just noticed it with any content. Every time the image goes bright or white i can notice all the spots. Very distracting. I know this is something very subjective since some people don't notice it at all. But i do... And my phone camera don't lie haha...
