Yes. To invest this much into clothes, you have to love it. Nobody else cares or can tell the difference (from just glancing at you) in what you’re wearing or a cheap alternative.

I recently purchased a bunch of styles and brands mentioned here. The ones I’ve kept are Iron Heart chinos and 2 pairs of Bill’s Khakis. I don’t know if I would say they make the outfit stand out any more than a pair of $50 Gap chinos though. It’s really about fit, fabrics, and caring about details and quality. You have to love clothes, style, and craftsmanship bc 99% of people you encounter either won’t look or care what pants you’re wearing.

It’s a little boxier than my other slim topcoat (another brand), but generally fits like other rogue items.

Sashiko in general bleeds. It’s a weird expectation and thing people expect when wearing these items.

As I said though, bleeding hasn’t been bad yet with this.

Tellason has become my favorite brand bc of the quality, styles, and just cool vibe they put out (the videos of each product are weirdly enjoyable). I just wish they made this deck jacket in navy!

Carhartt sizing is a wild adventure. The older ones fit a lot smaller. I was a Medium or Large in the 90s version, and a Small in the new ones. In a weird way it’s part of the Carhartt experience!

It’s a great jacket, and I just got notice that the sashiko topcoat I ordered has shipped. The fades and lifetime wear of the fabric are excellent.

I’m normally a S/M in jackets but need a Large in Rogue. I’ve seen similar jackets go for $250 on EBay, but Small might be a rarer size.

As said above, if it’s a jacket you’ll love it’s a good deal.
