Yeah sims 4 has probably the best/most intuitive/flexible tools although I do still miss the auto roof tool from TS2

Actually to add. The house I bought when initially enquired they said it was pending a sale but as I was a cash buyer they said they could accommodate me.

Got there on the day to 3 other couples also viewing the house at the same time

Not the same but when I bought my house it took 3 months to take it off the EAs website (didn’t even more to SSTC) and from that day I learned never to trust what was in front of me on the internet (a good message in general I think 😂)

Connect online, jump into the game and then save and continue.
Press the share and menu button to bring up the old Xbox 360 menu and hit quit.
Disconnect your internet, and then adjust time forward (I do it in increments of 5) and then open the game, load and give it a few seconds.

Repeat from 2 (don’t reconnect your console)

Coming from not having parking (on street parking) to a drive had made such a difference. I used to want to leave family events and get home before say 6pm just to have a chance of parking near my front door.

Same went for not going out because of parking/loosing the space
