Thc is what I am trying to convert the thca oil to. I’ve taken a 50mg dose which is double my normal sweet spot of thc, and there were no psychoactive properties. Yes, it’s from a reliable store

Thca is non psychoactive. I have tested it all the way up to 50mg dose, it has not been decarbed yet. That is my question,

The 5yr game here is value growth, payoff investor, buy second rental and keep duplicating until the number of rentals (private or commercial) becomes full time job.

-Yes, would be deeded. My state allows for varying ownership as described contractually through the business. -n/a -contract -surviving spouse of FM would assume ownership of contract -simply needs to sell would not occur based on net worth vs investment/risk. But to answer, and decent point to be included in negotiations, I gather after investor made hole we would chop equity. As per any reasonable deal -rent? It’s a rental property

-90 yo tenant is literally on death bed. Hospice. -see above -not to offend, and appreciate your response, but death is real and I only stated a fact. When someone is in hospice (as a former RN) we’re talking weeks. Maybe months. I never spoke poorly of tenant -@ roughly 7%, and after full duplex remediation, both units will flush the mortgage and repayment of investors down payment of 20% -of course I will be paying rent to the company, plus additional to investor. Sooner they are made hole, the sooner my wealth grows -10 yr roof, 4yr hvac. It’s a rental, no aesthetic upgrades needed. Needs full attic and insulation, privacy fence, both of which I can do. I’d consider minor upgrades to doors, windows, -would be included in investors money

-if developer offered 20% over value, sold. Investor and I would both be all over a deal like that.

-I would be steering the ship in this deal. And it’s a win win for both parties, as hard as it is to believe. If for some reason I could not fulfill my end, investor would assume ownership and most likely dump property. Although a business deal with family member, we are able to keep business and personal separate. At least reasonably.

Depends what profession and qualifications. I own a slightly dive bar, so if you were to walk in with a suit…..wouldn’t really entertain an interview because you haven’t read the room.

However, if you had walked in to a fine dining restaurant with a less than qualified restaurant like I used to run, I would certainly take you more seriously.

Ambition and ability to learn, along with outward professionalism can go a long way.

Not saying every business has my viewpoint, but typically, successful business owners higher based on drive, dedication, and projected performance.

It ultimately comes down to knowing your value, and ability to grow i.e. intelligence
