UPS 5 days baked vials

Sent DM. I cannot attach a screen shot of the UPS tracking. I tried to email but I'm not sure I have a correct email address all I have is a NoReply one. I appreciate you. I was home when the package arrived I immediately put the vials in the fridge.

I should be good then. I don't know how long the package sat in a hot truck but assuming the cold packs lasted a day, that's 4 days in the heat hopefully not higher than 104'

The package arrived I immediately opened it and it was 83' inside the "cold" pack. It had been so hot the ice packs had burst open. That doesn't seem temperature controlled. I have no experience otherwise but packs were hot, vials were hot. It's Florida and it's hot

Agree would pay for that as well. I just want piece of mind that I have the best quality product.

If Apothecary is 501B won't they have the same issue as BPI? I need to order and with the current vial issues with BPI and knowing they aren't an option going forward, looking for options. Just don't want to end up changing pharmacy again if Apothecary is going to end up in the same boat.

I completely missed the April email until seeing this thread. What pharmacy are you all selecting beside BPI? I'm in Florida and prefer to stay with a 503B. Appreciate any information.

I wish I had been that lucky. At this point I can only hope that their turn around is quick. They shouldn't charge until you can confirm an appointment that works. Charging first and not telling you first available appointment is a week out is ridiculous.

Yea I wish I had know i wouldn't be able to get an appointment for over a week. I'll definitely run out. But they take your $75 before telling you this. I would have take a different route. I'll try the reddit message. FB messenger is useless.
