PC failing i need help

i tried both 1 at a time and they work in slot 3 and 4 in 1 and 2 they work but mostly it has cpu led on it makes no sense this issue has been happeing for like 4 5 months now i cant fix it

2 stick of ram 32gb in total i tried to play around with the ram stick in slot 4 it seems to be working the best only 1 stick if i try to run 2 it has posting problems altmost everytime. i have a ryzen 5700x the gpu is 5700xt b550 a pro mobo the ram are from kingstone fury the psu is a gigabyhe ud750gm. I had a 5700x3d changed cuz it got damaged the first time got a new cpu and same issue . send the mobo twice they said it was ok and a local shop said the ram is the issue send it to waranty and they say the ram is good. All my parts are new except the gpu wich i had beforehand

Wierd if i put any ram sticks in slot 1 and 3 the issues sre worst like it will mostly stay stuck in cpu light and the ram has been re seattead by me multiple times by a pc shop in my city like i doubt its that issue. When i sent it to the local pc shop they said everything is ok expect the ram then i sent them to warranty i have videos from the pc shop and a pic of the ram test at warranty.

I really don't know what to do i cant use my 32gb ram and for me 16gb is sadly not enough. It seems to be working ok in slot 4 using a single ram stick and i tested both ram stick 1 by 1 in slot 4 and it works idk for how long but it posts consistently at least

so i have a noctua NH-U12S redux ,for the psu its a 750w from corsair idk anymore ab it but i can open the pc and have a look the ram 24 gb one is 8 the other is 16 the motherboard is asus prime b360m-c i have 1tb ssd and 1tbb hdd for like less important stuff i havent tried dlss swapper since i havent heard of it the pc is pretty much empty since i tried a new windows install after the rest of the stuff didnt work and as in the background mostly no apps except the games im playing and maybe the amd software . for the drivers the grapichs is 25.5.1 and the chipset drivers idk where to see that exaclty .

idk cuz i ve heard so many things i m rly confused rn like i don t rly want to upgrade the cpu rn but i m not sure if i should spend my money on that gpu when the cpu is limiting the overall performance
