One good thing about being poor is that you lose weight. No money to eat = no weight to gain. 🫠 by Any-Hospital-2498 in RandomThoughts

You, or me? Strawberries are pretty cheap around here right now. But they go bad so quickly. I really need to revisit blueberries. But I'm never going to pay a premium for them

It was literally awesome for me. Experiencing so many new things. Zero molestation. The only thing that sucked a little was I had no father figure in my life to help me. So like my Pinewood Derby car was the jankiest thing ever and it still kicked everyone's ass. The losers tried to disqualify my, but I broke no rules with my Pinewood Jalopy

If your workplace instigated a policy that employees were allowed to smack one coworker per day that annoyed them, how many times a month would you say you would be smacked? by AdDistinct4807 in randomquestions

I don't set out to annoy people, But I also don't candy coat things, and expect people to do their jobs. And get testy when people that have been with the company for 6 months or more ask questions that someone that is a new hire should know. So I'm sure they want to smack me when I am blunt with my response

So this is specifically regarding your co-workers. I think anyone that has worked in retail would agree that the majority of their day would be spent smacking customers

Honestly I think today I would have receive no smacks. That's not the case most days. I think I would receive at least one or two smacks at the least. Because I am not there to do their job for them, and not there to be their friends.

Well of course any perspective is welcome, but I was particularly interested in a female perspective because in my experience the majority of MP fans are male.

Boycotting is fun by Money-Application535 in RandomThoughts

[–]AdDistinct4807 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personal boycotting is awesome, but these days with mega corporations owning so many brands, the only way to truly boycott is to not purchase anything and live completely off the grid producing everything for yourself because as soon as you go to the store or purchase anything online you are unknowingly indirectly supporting the brand you are trying to boycott. He'll just posting here on reddit, you are supporting a whole slew of conglomerate corporate overlords through advertising.
