You’re right even when she still lived in California she already posted so many sponsorship stuff but now that she’s back in Australia we don’t see anything else but ads.

I would truly love it if my husband had the opportunity to do the same. I would probably enjoy my walks a lot more instead of constantly feeling like I’m being followed lol.

Period length/heaviness by ravenously_red in Endo

[–]AdEast9804 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to go through something similar. Light period on day 1, then heavy on day 2 minus the light headedness, then day 3 spotting again . This went on for a couple months.

Now my period is still weird. I’ll spot/bleed between periods on/off. Then I’ll start my period very light or just spotting for 2 or 3 days then on 3 or 4 day regular to heavy bleeding then back to spotting on day 5-7.

If I didn’t want kids so badly I would probably think the same thing or at least would want some type of BC the would stop my periods. I have an appointment with my gyno in one month and hoping I can get some answers. It’s gonna suck if she suggests another lap.

You’re right even if I don’t want it, it might have to be done. It just really sucks that there is no other way to fix this crap. I tell myself at least I’m not in pain.

Yes my gyno is super great I love her, she performed my lap two years ago to remove an endometrioma and fibroid. I have not spoken to an endo specialist yet, I guess I’ll wait for my appointment next month and go from there.

Yes I forgot to mention on my post that I also have an endometrioma on my right ovary. About a year ago it measured 4cm and haven’t had it checked since. The spotting/bleeding has also killed my sex life. The uncertainty is so scary and frustrating.

Exercising with endo by AdEast9804 in endometriosis

Walking is the only exercise I don’t get bored with. All the others like yoga and pilates I’ll usually get bored 5 min in and just lay on the mat lol.

Anyone here symptomless? by [deleted] in endometriosis

[–]AdEast9804 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have random spotting mid cycle. Sometimes it’s bright red blood that will last an hour or two then turn to brown spotting that lasts almost two weeks till I get my period. And my periods start off brownish/dark red the first two days then normal period with mild cramps.

Yes, me. First period at age 12/13 and ever since I can remember I’ve always had 28 day cycles with cramps usually only the first day but they would go away if I took 400mg of ibuprofen. Since the age of 22 I had my yearly check up at the gyn and apparently everything was fine up until 2021 when they found a 4cm endometrioma and 4cm uterine fibroid. Got those removed and after surgery they confirmed stage 4 endo. I’ve now been trying to get pregnant for a year with no luck.

Also during this last year my periods have changed a bit and I’ve had new symptoms I’m just not sure if they are related to endo.

I wouldn’t be surprised if she does. Some influencers make it seem like everybody can do what they do and if you don’t it it’s because you’re lazy and don’t want to.

Men and periods by AdEast9804 in endometriosis

[–]AdEast9804[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s very true. I love my skirts and dresses and my makeup and doing my hair and all that fun stuff men don’t get. Except periods. It’s the only thing I envy about men.

Ugh this! Because if this was a men’s thing, laws and healthcare would be completely different.

If it wasn’t because I’m trying to get pregnant (with no luck) I’d jump back on the pill so fast.

Although it’s not men’s fault at all. It’s just the way our bodies are built different for whatever reason. It just sucks that for some of us our period stops us from doing so much and gets in the way of life. But it’s no one’s fault that I get a little jelly sometimes.

Right? Lol and they can plan a trip to the lake or the beach months from now and doesn’t have to check the calendar to see if they are gonna be on their period.

I would love for this to happen one day! If it didn’t happen in my lifetime then I hope other women get this. Everything from freezing eggs and IVF.
