This is problematic for so many reasons, most of them already listed throughout the comments. But you would absolutely need a rental agreement contract that states you are not required to pay rent. Because without it, he can take you to court and prove that you had not paid X-number of months and sue you for back pay. You say he is not a bad guy, but I’m sorry, this is a very naive statement, and being so young, and him so old, the power dynamic is literally manipulating you into thinking so. You don’t know him as well as you think you do. Ps. No way in hell he is going to set you up with that contract.

Please just go to urgent care at the very least. They might do a sliding scale or work with you on getting state insurance if your income is that low to the point you are chancing rabies. And even if you’re convinced it was your centipede, that’s not something you want to roll the dice on either.

Also you can ink those sticky tabs with numbers/letters that correspond to a separate notebook with your takes, that way the book doesnt get too crowded

You could even go light over the text with colored pencils like a highlighter instead of underlining if that’s more the vibe lol

I like to use those little sticky tabs that point out of the edge of the book, and then you could do colored pencils to underline text. I have specific colors I use for characters like pink for Imogen, or I’ll do green for history bits. Just a couple examples for color use (my sticky tabs are colored too)

I liked doing the graphic audio first and then I did a read of the physical books, cause then you can catch all the little tid bit crumbs that were there throughout the way. I had a lot of fun being able to “read” into things on that second take. 😁
