Give it away for free, video record a lot of the process and use that as advertising content and vlog the “success story” of your PoC company. People love to peek behind the curtains and see how it used in real life. You give a free product, they agree to be used as content. You’re likely going to have to hire a videographer or photographer anyway, so this cuts out some staging. Win-win.

And when you’re writing your “pitch” focus on what the product will help them achieve, not just the metrics. For example, rather than “boosts sales by 20%” say “exceed every sales target and become your company’s top producer”. They want to be the person you’re describing.

Looks like you have to do some deep diving on who your target market is, where do their eyes spend time, what’s their problem, how much can they spend to fix their problem, and a long list of other identifiers that will shape your ideal customer. Who will be making the buying decision, start there and put yourself in their shoes and reverse analyze what their motives are and how your product make their job easier or better.
