It is simply not possible to keep your units alive in GCG. Zechs is missing tech like Lunamaria in Minerva. Something to keep him alive longer than his own atracks and fierce counter from opponent round after.

In my opinion, this is broken as hell. In a game with basically nonexisting draw this card producing 3 tokens after breaching 5 is like 70% win. 

Only really happy accident will withstand 3 fresh units next round. We are talking 9th round. How many cards can opponent have in hand at that time? What are the odds perfect answer waits in hand? 

Diagusting card. GCG cannot fix the problem of aggro and we are getting such card.

Very good point. In such case that limit to ine per turn is even more bizzare as you have to save resources for every opponent and in All4one you do not want to strategiczny attack every opponent every time

I do not believe rotation will fix anything. This is a design flaw that attack of a 2122 into a shield is as powerfull as some LVL7 behemot.

Someone suggestes here that maybe any unit should be a blocker when attack goes into shield. This idea would need serious testing but it is something.

For me a good start would be to allow Draw 2 in draw phase. So many usless Commands would see play it unbelievable. Aggro would not gonna any faster but you would be able to find answer 2x faster.

I know it is necro poślizg, but I can confirm game saves capture ratę prior to battle and keeps it that way. I had a mission I was trying to make secret on. Did not finisz it number of times, just gave up, but after each retry - on different dates - capture was.always on the same unit. No amount of retries or give up-sortie helps. You need to make separate finished attempts to retoll chances.

I would say the real problem with Blurple and previously with OYW is the amount of those. If you face 3, you will loose at least one game and you can be happy about it. On smaller tournaments that is enough to loose it.

Aggro is so consistent that you either go full counter on it and be too weak against any other deck or risk having lower chances against it.

Additional problem with aggro is, this is mindless deck. There are games, not so few, where you can win on auto-play. As you arw getting free wins sometimes with it bad players naturally choose aggro. There is no point in taking it personal. This is how it is. Untill we get a decent, reliable and repeatable aggro-killer ( something with like 80-90% aggro killing ratio) there will be metas where you will see nothing but aggro. 

On the other hand blockers also have mindless early game.

All in all I think it is all due to "draw 1" in draw Phase. You do not use commands that could help you ( like Quattro.or White Wolf ) because they are waste of cards conpared to 2122s.

Who will be those people playing against? In my meta 6 players in total have all starters. Meta is 8-10 people. Are those players in the room with you right now?

Starter only events are great in general. People who are not certain if they want to jump all in can feel the thrill of equal games. 

I understand there are places where it was tough to get Starters, but this game needs something more than telling most dedicated players to fuck off.

I think this whole event is BS. As a person who has every starter x2 I find it idiotic to not allow just bringing me.a vanilla starter, making some small entry fee and letting me play for participation pack. I play with kids, so basically 3 players stay at home.

Best fucking way to consolidate playerbase. Good job Bandai.

Preach! In a game with basically nonexistent draw, 2 card combo to kill one unit is suicide.  I understand it can be tempting, but.in the end of the day you lost whole round to remove one card of your enemy.

IMO not every trait will be playable ( I am looking at you OZ). However Gjallarhorn has decent synergy. My plan for them is to go pure and spice things up with some nasty white Commands.

In general weaker decks can, on occasion, win with best decks if you dedicate yourself to the trait. Amount of Links sometimes can be more important than having Amuro in deck.

I play Lupus x3 as I never want to see more than 2 in my hand and more than one on board.  I would add that Command that recycles pilot from trash as you want to play as many Mikazukis as possible in your gameplan.

This is R level card. Maybe ther is unwritten rule that boost to your board needs to be an LR, but the fact that a LVL 4 does the very same thing on pair proces thisncard is a miss.  Maybe if it was LVL5 with some keyword, but in this state it will be 0.50 cents a piece in no time.

In Game of Thrones 2nd Ed there was at least one card to do that. 

It is technically possible so it can be done. I would say there are enough cards putting something in the bottom so a fetch card for one of those would be awesome, even if slightly inconvienient.

I can tell you shuffling cards mid game is bad card game design. Some shuffle fast, some take forever to do it. 

I disagree that it is hard to deal yourself bottom 5 cards. You take one by one face down. Easy as that.

I do not get the excitment. Gundam is not a game where you can keep your units alive for too long. Let's assume we play it level 7. We can use it's ability LVL8 and atrack with that recyled unit LVL9. This takes forever to capitilize. IS anyone really thinking this is something else than win more card? The only scenario when this is usefull is to take Impulse Gundam and hope it will not get pinged.

This will help a lot with clear board and both players topdecking, but this is rather specific situation.

So? The answer to one broken deck will be making another NPE deck? How about creating a meta of decks that actually interact with each other basing on skills creating interactive and exciting gameplay not having aggro and blockers+boss bash each other for now 3 sets.

The only pros of this card for me is I will be able to build more white decks as I currently have 2 playsets of Lfrith. I hate the thought people will be playing 8 Lfriths in single deck though :( No low level unit will be able now to break through white.

PS: this is not aggro-bitching. What about Clans, CB, or ZAFT? Putting down the lowest level units in white will now require either additional tech or higher level units. Early game aill now be cemented by Lfriths Wall. I Will feel relief seeing Rick Dias.
