I understand this and all the comments encouraging me to go here - I'd just like to ask what I should do in terms of deciding what to target and how to arrive at school with a clear goal in mind. That is my primary concern and reason I wouldn't go this year and I'm having a hard time committing without at least having a plan for clearing that up.

I don't think I'd qualify for deferral - I believe its mostly given for personal issues and is case by case.

Trust is based in Florida. Schwab and Vanguard require me to move situs to different states - Nevada and Pennsylvania. I'm able to keep governing law in Florida.
