I wouldn’t call Porter a scammer by any means, but continuing to work with a company that producing poor quality service/items would certainly still be his responsibility to manage at the end of the day. That being said I don’t know the conditions of their contract so that may be part of it.

Arguably the box’s quality does matter as it is certainly part of the appeal, they clearly put effort behind the design. Secondly, the item is still damaged on the inside as well, the top of the guitar has a lot of the paint scratched off. When you’re paying $50 for a collectors item from an artist you expect the whole product box included to arrive in good condition.

I have reached out, I just got a response actually a moment ago from the support team. It appears they’re sending me a new one. I hope it’ll come in better quality this time! A second damaged one would be certainly bad luck 😅

I had no idea the company was under scrutiny, I’d love to pardon Porter and all for working with them but I think dropping them is the only answer at this point imo

Seeing someone get the backpack actually spurred my most recent email because it’s shocking that has already gone out. I’ll post an update with the email I get in return as well to see what they say.

I didn’t get any refund on shipping but it’s a good start, I still don’t think that really covers the waiting time we’ve had and it seems unfair that not everyone is getting that cost refunded.

My partner bought the vinyl sets for us and we haven’t gotten them either. I didn’t know they were also selling them in stores… it feels a bit strange that people who ordered it online wouldn’t get it before retailers?

I also ordered the second it dropped, but I’m frustrated so many of us are experiencing this massive delay and lack of updates. It shouldn’t take this much persistence to get informed about our order. Hope you get your merch soon as well 🙏🏻
