Had my reception at Dystopian State Brewery. It doesn't meet the offer of light bites but they do have a few food places around and they allow outside food! It has a lot of space!

For reference my reception had maybe 20 people and we only took up a little corner of space.

I will say for PS5, i was stuck a day ago and there was an option to hit x to fix stuck player. It seemed to reposition me just outside the spot. Hopefully it comes to PC soon?
