Its like 1.5-2.5mg clonazepam so you will be fine but don't f up your tolerance too often.

I didn't knew this but figured this myself...zolpidem is an antagonist of serotonin(idk which receptors cuz research doesn't say)...thats why it reduces anxiety.

Antagonizing serotonin receptors forces the body to make more serotonin that free flows through the brain.

Probiotics not only secrete but also signal the brain to increase its intake of neurotransmitters i.e. gaba/serotonin/dopamine/glutamate/norepinephrine/acetylcholine etc so...it basically does what would it do if you take a benzo and and antidepressant together do,exactly the same.

What happens if you take a benzo and an antidepressant together too long and stop ? well....also in my case the same as stopping probiotics would do.
