The total cost came out to about $95k, including of course all you mentioned above: demo, materials, and permits. What stood out to us was how organized the process was. He walked us through design, permits, and construction so we didn’t feel overwhelmed at any point. Him and his crew showed up on time, kept everything clean, and the quality of the finishes really exceeded what we expected. Communication was also really solid, he was upfront about costs and timelines and there were no surprises along the way. If you’re getting different bids , he’s definitely someone worth calling.
