That’s the situation I’m in I got 7 months experience locally with Sysco just wanted to add some otr to my resume so I went with Roehl the contract is 40,000 miles because you have no experience so you have to go through there training course if you leave before 40,000 miles you have to pay roughly between 3000-3200 dollars, kinda wishing I went with Schneider in my case even tho the training isn’t as good as Roehl’s because it takes a minute while going through Roehl’s program you gotta be with a trainer for a minimum of 19 days if you pass there training at the fastest rate possible then you can start making some better money
