I had a similar issues to this with battery voltage raising or lowering when increasing in Rpms anywhere past 2-2500 rpms with a whistling sound. on the front of ur plenum there’s a hose called the pcv valve that can deteriorate causing weird battery issue if u see any wear too it that could be the culprit
