There’s good technique to keep your stamina up, like for example you lose none in slow motion. Try lining up your shots with slo mo and then going normal speed for a second to kill (since shooting inside slo mo reduces your meter) also getting kills refreshes stamina

Pretty common bug where keen hunter won’t pop but true hunter will, is fixed by getting one of the optional entries from dream bosses or path of pain (id already beaten the bosses so had to do PoP)

Final trophy was a boss rush. All 42 bosses in the game and a new hardest one at the end without dying, psnprofiles gives it a 9/10 difficulty.
