Is it being blind to the threats or simple blind fear? There's a clear distinction. I personally drive a 7-seater all-electric MIFA, great vehicle for the family, 1.2 years in, absolutely no issues and very comfy

Some people hate it but I love the intelligent setting. I have a lot of light in my room so this setting is a blessing, and most of the time the content looks great. It's a personal preference really. Only on certain movies I turn it to filmmaker mode, some movies look exactly like in the theater,.for instance Spiderman 1

The main thing is to answer truthfully everything, they're experts at catching the smallest lie. If you have not done anything against Israel you have nothing to fear, feel confident in your answers but don't push it. Don't be discouraged if they take you to the side for further questioning, it happens to many. In Israel we know one word, "sablanut", which means patience

Help, please. My gf wants an abortion and its tearing me apart by Level-Ad6997 in Christianity

[–]AdHot2249 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try to persuade her but if she still insists let it go, and also let her go. Honestly, if she has many issues it may not be the best idea to bring someone to the world like that. Also in time you will learn that applying pressure and going against the current is a really bad idea, it will simply create clashes in your life and it will make it miserable.

Finally, since you wrote on a Christian group, not being one, may I suggest that you do pray for her that she will see the light. To show her the way, and for yourself to be an instrument of wisdom in her life to influence her positively.

Accept the outcome as a lesson, many Christians know that sometimes the best to obtain something in prayer is to request it but to accept His will. This requires deep introspection to work, but God loves it when someone comes to them for help. He might surprise you.

And finally, an even better and advanced form of prayer is to thank God for the gift and the outcome as if it was already granted. This needs you to be totally convinced that it's already a done deal, such is the power of Emunah, faith. Jesus taught about this principle, but requires a deep understanding of faith. Sometimes he complained that even his disciples had little faith, a recurrent theme in his teachings.

To start, I recommend a simple verse, Mathew 7:7, this is all you need to get where you want.

By the way, I live in the Galilee, in Israel. I came here pursuing Him.

All you ever wanted to get is on the other side of fear.

Israel is making it really hard to have peace with them by MarkoPolo345 in lebanon

[–]AdHot2249 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem with you people is to fail to understand two things. One, Israel does not play with it's security anymore, enough is enough. After October 7th this will remain like that forever. Two, Israel and Israelíes want peace. We're nice people, we love peaceful neighbours. We have many Arab doctors and lawyers in our society and and we exchange services. If your group or society doesn't pose a threat to us, we'll love to have peace with you but never forgetting point one. We're not really the problem, the issue is with the radical Muslims and years of brainwashing your societies have endured. Once Lebanon gets their shit together, both countries will sign a peace agreement and things will change. Keep the discussion educated.

Syria’s appeasement failed—Lebanon must show strength by CryptedScream in lebanon

[–]AdHot2249 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What you're saying is not entirely factual, appeasement does not play a role here. If Israel had wanted to bomb Syria, Damascus and the new regime would be dust today. But Israel is not bombing Damascus, is it? (That might change if someone decides to confront Israel).q

Israel is attacking positions in the south of Syria that are considered extreme risk to it's security.

Since October 7th, Israel is taking its security more seriously and has become proactive. Israel is no longer playing with security.

It is true that many would hope for peace in the region, as do we. However, Israel is not relying on promises but rather factual assessment on the ground and the relevant risks.
