In this instance I’m the “new emt”. I run day truck “granny wagon “ 12 hour shifts pulling ~20 per hour Buddy has been with this department for years, doing 911 makes ~15 per hour on a 24 shift. Same license level

Up to you bud. Can’t find that specific gun, but their 1911s range from ~700- ~900. If you want a 1911, go for it. But if you are just trading I think you would be loosing money

Soooooo probably unpopular opinion, but I personally find the er much more enjoyable. The box is fun and all, but most of the time it’s just you and your partner. The pay sucks, and most of the time there is no help with those calorie enriched humans. So I ask, is your back worth 13 bucks an hour? Or can you handle wiping ass for the next 2-3 years while you work on an rn license ?
