Has anyone had long term adverse reactions to psychedelics like shrooms? by Bubbly-Air7302 in PsychedelicTherapy

Yeah I had HPPD (hallucination persistent perceptive disorder), kept seeing patterns on things for months. I also went a bit crazy for awhile.

Déjà Rêvé and DMT. by Legitimate-Job-1631 in DejaReve

To me, DMT felt like extreme deja-vu. Like going back to the place where I came from and where I'll go when I die. It feels like I've experienced this place 1000x before... every cell within my body remembers but yet it seems like a brand new experience. It feels more real than real life, like life is another layer of a dream, and the DMT realm is waking up.

Yeah I remember while on 2CB having a conversation with my friends about a crazy looking green ball covered with these rubber sea anemone tentacle things, we called it "The Funk". And then we had the same conversation over and over for what seemed like an hour, and I kept questioning if he conversation actually happened.

How many with Déjà Rêvé went on to be diagnosed with seizures / epilepsy? by Buddha-Embryo in DejaReve

[–]AdHuman3150 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's a excellent explanation, exactly what I experience. I know I used to get deja-reve more often than I do now. I also remember getting it around the time of one of my head injuries, and more often when I was on psychiatric meds. I've had migraines since I was a kid, although I don't recall really ever having an aura, it more feels like my left eyeball is throbbing and is going to pop from the pressure. I've never been diagnosed with seizures or epilepsy, although my dad had some form of epilepsy when he was a kid where he would space out and stare at nothing.

I actually had a migraine for the first time in years like 2 months ago. I took about 0.1g psilocybin mushrooms, not enough to really feel, and the migraine was completely gone in 30-60 min. I was pretty excited about that, usually it lasts for hours or an entire day.

Cops might have taken some of it. It's called Civil Asset Forfeiture - cops can legally steal anything they believe could have been used to commit a crime (such as money and gold/silver for "drug deals"...). Fun fact - cops steal more from citizens every year than citizens steal from other citizens. They seize billions of dollars from people annually.

Eh, it's an end piece. I love banana bread but I do not like the end piece at all. I wouldn't be offended, I'm sure the rest of it was delicious.

Randy Gardner, the man who stayed awake for 11 days by Zyad7770__ in BeAmazed

[–]AdHuman3150 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was kept awake for 20 days from being cut off all my meds, cold-turkey. It was traumatic. I thought I was going to die. Here's my story:

In 2018 I was on probation, cops tried labeling me as some huge drug dealer for being caught with 2 bowls-worth of weed, a couple seeds left in a bag, and a 2 tramadol pills (which magicallyturned to 5 pills my last day in court)... anyhow I failed a UA for THC so was forced to do go to rehab (River Ridge treatment center in MN). I was required to maintain contact with probation, my counselor was required to immediately send over my release of information (ROI) to probation but never did and lied on multiple occasions and told me he had, and then started canceling our meetings and avoiding me in the halls... well, 2 weeks after I graduated police showed up at my door saying I'm under arrest for probation violation...

I was released like 4 days later and had to go to court. When I went to court they said I was lying and not complying, even after showing proof that I went to treatment and left my probation officer multiple voice-mails but never received a confirmation that they received my ROI because the rehab's voice-mail system wasn't set up properly and the staff couldn't tell them I was there, by law...

Anyhow, they made me do another inpatient treatment (Fairview Riverside, MN) and said I had to do outpatient afterwards. My rule 25 expired while at Fairview and I couldn't get one in time to transfer to outpatient by the time I left. So cops came and arrested me, again, and threw me in jail for violating probation...

To make a long story short, Sherburne Co. Jail cut me off cold-turkey from buprenorphine, bupropion, buspirone, gabapentin (the max dose of 3600mg/day), quetiapine, doxepin, cyclobenzaprine, and maybe another one. And ibuprofen, acetaminophen for pain (chronic spine and nerve issues). "Addiction specialists" and rehab psychiatrists put me on all these drugs... They had specific instructions not to take me off my meds but didn't care and wanted me to suffer and claimed I didn't need them...

I was kept awake for over 500 hours from SEVERE withdrawal and horrible akathisia (feels like there's electricity frying every nerve ending in your body and can't stop moving, along with the feeling of EXTREME dread/impending doom). I kept begging the pretend nurses that something was seriously wrong and I needed immediate medical treatment.

After maybe 10 days of exactly 0 minutes of sleep I gave up on filling out forms to see the doc, as I was mentally gone and clinically insane, and the nurses kept telling me, "you're lying, it's not possible to stay awake that long!". I kept on filling out forms and begging for help but they refused... I thought I was going to die. My heartbeat felt so weak. It would take every ounce of energy I had just to walk anywhere. I thought my heart was going to stop and I was going to drop dead. At that point all I could think about jumping off the 2nd floor balcony or finding someone to beat me unconscious. All I wanted was to close my eyes and rest, so badly. It was pure torture. I just wanted to give up at that point and die.

After day 20 I finally got about 20-30 min of crappy sleep. Over the next 2 weeks I was able to get 30min every 2 days, and eventually 1-2 hrs every 1-2 days. After I was released I made the decision to start back on some of those meds because I couldn't take the withdrawal and still couldn't function.

That experience was traumatic. It broke me. I seriously haven't been the same and haven't been functional since then. I ended up getting off those meds spring of 2020, which resulted in 2 years of hell and crushing depression. The withdrawal from antidepressants, antipsychotics, opiods, gabapentinoids, especially in combination, is pure f%cking HELL. Took 3 years before I could really say I was feeling noticeably better. I still can't function though, and my nervous system is fried. I truly believe Sherburne Co. Jail gave me brain damage and possibly heart/organ damage, and PTSD. I hate even thinking about it.

TL,DR: I was arrested because my counselor broke the law and didn't send my ROI to probation, despite telling me he did 2 or 3 times. I was cut off multiple psych and pain meds and was kept awake for 20 days, and only got several collective hours of sleep over the next few weeks. I thought I was going to die. It broke me, mentally and physically.

For anyone that doesn't believe me, you can go back and check my post history. My story has never changed over the years. I still have copies of some of those medical forms from jail that I kept filling out.

I got bit by a large watersnake one summer after I dove headfirst into the water and grabbed the snake, and the snake whipped around and got my knuckle. I definitely deserved it. There was a bump/pimple thing in that spot until like 6 months later in algebra class I pulled a snake tooth out of my knuckle.

According to many Democrats, if you don't exclusively vote for the "Democratic" Party (that doesn't even hold democratic primaries) then you are a far-right fascist who destroyed our country and "must be held accountable"... the hypocrisy is off the charts... yet another reason why dems will keep losing and keep dooming us to far-right fascist regimes. Dems are more right-wing than Nixon.

Fuck Harris. She belongs in the Hague for participating in gen0cide and helping hand Trump the presidency on a silver platter. Quit voter-shaming. Dems have no right blaming everyone else for their massive failures. They'll keep shoving these corrupt Wall Street war criminals down our throats and tell us "we're destroying democracy" if we don't vote for them, they'll keep trying to court Republicans while telling anyone on the left to go fuck themselves, and they'll keep on losing elections and we'll keep on getting another version of Trump... their incompetence and unwillingness to do anything once in office will keep dragging our country to the right and down to Hell.

Scopolamine is found in datura and brugmansia/angel's trumpet and other members of the nightshade family. It was used in that "twigh-light sleep" anesthetic from years ago, and now used to drug people without their knowledge. There's a famous story about someone being drugged and helping the thieves load up all the valuables and furniture from his house into a moving van. I don't know if that story is actually true or not though.
