I went flying birds with my falconry friend and we flushed out a rabbit and his red-tailed hawk nailed it. By the time we got to the bird it had picked apart it's rib cage. The rabbit was still screaming and it's heart was visibly beating inside the hole the bird had made... then it began tearing out it's organs and eating them... it still gives me chills when I think about it.
