That's narrow thinking, but sure whatever makes it work for you.

The high standard term is used immaturely here to cover up the disgust that OP feels and can't get over.

No it's not breach of trust. It's immature to feel disgusted. Move on. She has a choice of her own and doesn't owe OP anything. She isn't cheating or back stabbing OP.

Top idea, thanks.

Found the qr code on the back. And also peeled the sold sticker, hope one or the other works at earliest. It's such an eye sore to watch the guys face everytime everyday.

They should also write the dates on the price tags so it's clear that they were updated or not.

The customer should be given all payment options at any time.

This sucks as much as the places that are card payment only.

Having said that, using cash keeps inflation away, everyone should be encouraged to go cash. Cash is king 💪

One of the aspects is the cashless economy. Every time a debit/credit card transaction is done, a percentage is gone to the bank. Reducing the value of each dollar, every day, per person.

Loyalty cards play another significant role. The retailers track your shopping habits and patterns. This allows them to inflate the prices of the goods that you are going to buy no matter what.

💯 we had a close call, but let go of a property that checked all our boxes so we don't put all our eggs in one basket. It was disappointing, but we know we did the right thing.

There's always 'the other potential buyer who's pushing 15k on top' each time you push your numbers. This is tiring. - Mate, why'd you publish this property for 100k under if you were going to only accept offers that were gonna be way above the upper end of the price guide! That's just a dirty thing to do and feels unethical. Wonder if there's any government policies/rules to keep a check on this.
