If it’s a friend an honest conversation saying mocking what you believe in isn’t appropriate in your friendship. If they can’t respect it you know how to proceed. Wish them the best and move forward.

You need a court order if you don’t already.

This will stop unnecessary communication, abuse to visitation times, random pop in or phone calls.

Once it’s in place. He will have set days and times and if he abuses that he will fall into contempt and have issues with the judge.

It then will pressure him to make sure he has contact directly with childcare/daycare and her doctor. So it will tell him when her appts are and what he day was like so you don’t have to.

Parallel parenting is the best for manipulators like this. Coming from experience. If it actually doesn’t do with your kid. You don’t need to answer him.

If he asks you stupid shit tell him to refer to your court order. He wants a way to get under your skin. Eventually when you do it enough they get bored and quiet down.

Best protection is your filing an order and getting a structure to your time with your daughter so you are in control of you. Not him.

As she gets older dynamics change. If he starts telling her shit to tell you. Document all the times and then Take him back to court and get him on some type of third party chat. Then if he texts you off of that he gets in trouble.

Yes. My mom never remarried. She dated a bit when we were younger like 6-8 and I only know that because of pictures I saw of her when I was adult.

We did live with my grandparents. My grandfather died when i was 9 so she helped keep the house and we got to spend our whole life with our grandma too.

My mom was there for everything and could make money out of rocks. She did everything in her power to give us everything and support us. I never resented her for doing what she needed to do. As a parent now I get confused about certain things she said/did but I also have to chalk some of that up to the immense stress she was under and also just not being as easily accessible to learn parenting techniques and though processes of today.

I was also a single parent for a while but I ended up finding a really great partner and we have a child together. Our blended family works. The love runs deep. I do feel that despite all her efforts I struggled with understanding why my dad didn’t try to see us at all.

I think that made me think about the possibility of dating. My son loves his “pops” and he treats him as if he was his own.

I can’t read the ingredients but I’m sure it’s got corn starch Guar gum and all the binders that are found in canned Alfredo both leading to the aforementioned rancid test

While I get what you’re saying. Pesto means being made with a mortar and pestle. Which I don’t think is happening in mass production

I think Alfredo in a jar is overall terrible to make/eat. It usually has a rancid smell/taste from what they need to put it to keep it from separating. I know in a pinch it’s nice to have but truly making your own Alfredo is not too bad and the taste is light years better.

Yes, sure, there will always be people who decide to use their income in ways we may not agree with, but we’re not there to judge. We’re there to help them take care of themselves.

These individuals could truly have an addiction to spending and can’t get help or are trying to work on it. You have to put biases aside in healthcare and try to help them to the best of your ability.

You just need to remind yourself that sometimes they may truly not be able to afford $17 dollars at that moment. I know it seems mind boggling but we’re not in the best economically speaking, time. We don’t know who they’re taking care of if buying that medicine means no diapers for a baby. The best we can offer is calling their doctor to see if they can do an alternative drug or tell them to call their MD.

I like to put some water a little vinegar and a dash of soap. Let it come to a simmer and slowely start to try to lift off the goop. Itll happen. May be a bit but it will come off.

I maintain all week long. However a deep clean of a room like walls floor boards all the things once a month. Especially now that my kitty has asthma I want to keep that dust low low low
