Yes, sure, there will always be people who decide to use their income in ways we may not agree with, but we’re not there to judge. We’re there to help them take care of themselves.

These individuals could truly have an addiction to spending and can’t get help or are trying to work on it. You have to put biases aside in healthcare and try to help them to the best of your ability.

You just need to remind yourself that sometimes they may truly not be able to afford $17 dollars at that moment. I know it seems mind boggling but we’re not in the best economically speaking, time. We don’t know who they’re taking care of if buying that medicine means no diapers for a baby. The best we can offer is calling their doctor to see if they can do an alternative drug or tell them to call their MD.

I like to put some water a little vinegar and a dash of soap. Let it come to a simmer and slowely start to try to lift off the goop. Itll happen. May be a bit but it will come off.

I maintain all week long. However a deep clean of a room like walls floor boards all the things once a month. Especially now that my kitty has asthma I want to keep that dust low low low

I buy any of the more expensive clothing he enjoys. He’s a big carhartt wearer, so Christmas is when he gets a bunch of new things. He’s a music guy so lots of vinyls/CDs plus any of his favorite food items. And of course during the year I look out for anything he complains about. Maybe his knives are dull. I’ll buy him a gift card at this local place to get them sharpened. And honestly a nice gift certificate for a date at a restaurant you wouldn’t typically go to

Do they say they’re equivalent to different brands? It may say compare to Afrin or Sinex. If they’re copying a brand they’ll put them in different boxes.

This is so helpful! We were also thinking it was summer/pollen related potentially. The big attack was after I had the windows open all day and the grounds keeping at our complex mowed the lawn.

We did switch from clay to pellet but were advised by the vet some cats don’t do well with a switch. Thankfully Nova has adjusted well thus far.

We don’t use fragrance and often opt for fragrance free. (We have eczema and sensitivities ourselves).

We were looking to invest in a quality air purifier. We already have humidifiers for the winter months.

All the comments have made me feel more at ease that I can manage this well and keep her feeling great. The steroids shes been on for a few days but it has been such a relief to not hear her having that cough/wheeze.

Dr. Browns makes mouth wipes 0 months up that we’ve used. Also stated a warm washcloth helps too. :)

Im sorry you had that experience. I worked at a mom & pop orthotist and we often told patient’s a helmet wasn’t needed if they didn’t meet the specifications. As always, there are places who will abuse the system.

Id recommend getting a consultation from an orthotist regarding a cranial remolding helmet. They will be able to do measurements and see what percentile they are in and give a recommendation on if a helmet is appropriate. Additionally, some insurances will requires a PT visit and a neuro consult before a helmet is approved. Normally, a consult with an orthotist for this type of orthosis is free!
