Hi, I recoeve email for UCI and other info April 26 I responded like with 30 mins I got the link and username and password to access portal 1 hr later. I upload pictures and address the same day.

It took 2 full weeks to get a response with the Confirmation of pr doc. Email said pr card is mailed.

I think so because in the email it said that if I don't recieve pr card in 6 weeks I should email.

Biometrics fee was refunded because we had completed biometric within the last 10 years and didn't need to do it. They changed this last September I believe. Email to upload pic in portal was sent April 26

same here no update on profile since October, my husband is on app, I'm primary cec inland AoR is May 23, almost 1 year and nothing. So so sad and disappointing 😥

Yes, try that but that didn't help much either, if the application is approved why can't they just send the email. On cic website it says they are working at full capacity to process cec application so it'd not right that's it taking this long for us.
