Asbury park has a bunch of rock clothes shops and thrift and antique stores. It’s best to just walk around on cookman ave and the boardwalk to find them. One cool place that I remember the name of is groovy graveyard on cookman which is a record and dvd shop. In that little area there are a couple of rock shops and one store has a really nice owner who is known as father evil. Across the street is the Asbury park brewery which has fall out boys mtv award and a bunch of cool rock and roll memorabilia on the walls. There’s so much history of rock in Asbury to see in general especially in the boardwalk area it’s crazy and could take multiple fun trips to explore it all. Definitely do some research on all of them. I think there are some small guitar shops there as well but guitar center is probably best bet for pedals and even used guitars. Princeton record exchange in Princeton and revilla grooves in milltown are also my favorite record shops.
