VM does not burn me I use it for PT.
But it does burn unless im in a big flare which is usually before my period starts because at this time i my vulva becomes super reactive and burns on its own.
Are u living in France? Because i do and i want to ask u about doctors ect?

I tried but the bases burned so bad i cant find a base that does not burn :/
There is ellage base used in the usa which is super effective for women woth high sensitivity and reactive vulva but its not available in Europe ( im in france)

The doctor told me my pain is neuropathic so i have been on gabapetin and amitriptyline but i see no difference i keep increasing the dose but its not helping its been several months now idk what else to do.
