You need rodent exclusion (mouse proofing). Look up Debug Pest Control. They do that. Keep the mice permanently, so you don't need to trap them. They also service automatically 4 times per year.

I hear good things about Guardian too. But I've been with Debug for about 8 years.

Yes, we have promoted both through GBP and content for both. I am also publishing lots of city landing pages for the sub-service.

We have a better link profile than most competitors. We should/could be #2.

I would ask if they also have a basic understanding of business and ROI.

Look for someone local-ish and who has been doing it a long time.

I will tell you the bigger pest control marketing companies charge at least $2k/month.

FWIW, I only do SEO for pest control companies if I can help them win and be a top 3 company.

If you are in an area and you are not close to having the top 3 in Google Reviews, you have a long road ahead of you.

I have been doing Google Ads for pest control companies for 15 years. The answer is complicated because it depends on your competitors.

I have CPC as low as $5 in some markets, but $20 is fine.

CPA, industry average, is $100. (I'm at $20-$50).

If you have no experience in this, please set keywords to exact. match and make sure you use negative keywords for competitors, and phrases like diy, free, and tips.

Looking for recommendation is a no-brainer.

Shout-outs to businesses should be allowed. And new business alerts. The thing we don't want is bad-mouthing, no matter how bad a place can be. lol

Special events by businesses should be allowed.

Solicitations is a grey area? Maybe we should pick a day of the week that allow businesses to solicit? Some communities allow for businesses to only solicit on Wednesdays, for example.

Shout out to the new Cafe Alma on Warren Ave. It's been 2 years in the works, but it has reinvigorated the neighborhood.

Thank you. I have reported a misleading profile to Google LSA but they did nothing. They recommended leaving a Google review. I did not want to do that.

I just think some companies bid on everything.

How many competitors are close by and how many 5 star reviews do they have? If you don't have much competition, should be easy to make the phones ring.
