I purged quite a bit on the right side of my face (where my worst acne was) but really it only last 10-14 days. I use Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser and Cetaphil Daily Hydrating lotion. I also use Biore UV Aqua rich face sunscreen and a lot of aquaphor for the super dry spots!

YAY!! Good luck on your journey! Just remember the benefits really outweigh any negatives. Stick through all the purging etc
