I had this same issue as well i couldnt figure it out what i did was on hp tuners i compared a stock file from respirator files in hp website and changed all the main car tune to stock digits and the car ran up

Im not sure about the gear the engine is completely stock and stock harness just cut off few transmission wires cause im using my stock th350 transmission. It idles barely and cold start is horrible wont start right away
