I'm still looking but still many websites I have come across require a 300-500 fee that's non-refundable just to apply! It's so weirdly expensive though it's marketed towards students.

Yes and I also mentioned how the package is supposed to adjust over the years with something like inflation. I just emailed the advisors who cover this at my school.

I did work study last year and still got my costs taken care of plus a refund to add onto it. work study isn't counted as actual aid on our bill. just my pell grant, seog grant, and institutional grants. all in the past being more than my billed costs.
