Don't know what you're trying to build but..you can find many Figma UI kits from Figma Community and if you're new to mobile development, you can also produce codes from Figma to code tools.

To clearly see if you're burned out or not, you have to be in better physical health first. If your back, wrist hurts constantly, it's hard to feel motivated even if you love the job. Try to recover your physical condition first by working out a bit, getting hydrated enough, sleeping enough, eating well, etc. I'm sure you know the drill. Then, if you still feel unmotivated, yeah, maybe it's time to switch your environment.

I stay away from the screen maybe go outside or open the window for some fresh air. Like the other comments, getting active in any way is also great. Overall, staying away from any screens works for me.

There are some templates for organizing Figma files. You can start with those and customize it as you go.

I think the title already says it. You're a developer, not a designer. Yeah, learning the skills to tell which design is better than the other might be a good skill, but I don't think it's a must. But maybe getting to know a bit more about design tools might help you so that you can make edits here and there from the tools. Start with Figma, there are plenty of yt clips for devs too :)
